Hello everyone,


I am new to Myfitness and this topic is on "The Rack" workout system.
So im trying to get the rest of the information that comes with The Rack from my friend, so i was wondering any tips on which dvd to start with first and where to begin?

Also, Does anyone new how much Calories does certain DVD's burn. The reason for asking is so i can be able to put it into my calories burned per day in myfitness tracker.
Share your thoughts please.

  • I have been doing the rack workouts for 3 months or so.

    I missed a few weeks when I had a lot of guests (bad excuse).

    I started with the "into the zone" workout which has 22 minutes of workout and 5 minutes of stretching.

    I found it very challenging even after 8 weeks.

    The "fat shredder" workout is a series of moves repeated twice over 32 minutes. It is also very challenging.

    I was in great shape but am nearly 50 and have not been working out nearly enough the last 5 years...

    I did not find anything that talked about calories burned.

    I would compare it to circuit training.
