I counsel Church Camps in the summer and we have a C.Y.F. (High School) Mid-Winter Retreat coming up the first weekend in January 2013...I'm setting a new goal for myself. 235 pounds by Mid-Winter! i'm currently at 250 but have been here long enough. God, my family and (the kids) deserve a better me.

sounds good! sounds like a reasonable goal. church camp is s much fun! I bet you lose when you're there too. so many activities and not much snacking, just meals usually. have fun and good luck! God Bless!0
