1 Pill Secret

When asked how I've lost my bit of weight and manage to keep myself fit at 50+ I share my little 1 pill secret.
I tell them that they just need to take 1 low dosage aspirin a day. The key, of course, is WHEN you take the aspirin.
Ends up, the pill is only effective if taken 5 times a week, immediately after 90 minutes of working your *kitten* off in the gym.
Works every time.

Aspirin is also really effective birth control...you just keep a tablet between your knees at all times.0

What I want to know is how you and Richard Pryor broke out of that jail that one time. I watched the movie, but I still have questions. I think that information could come in handy, especially if secret pills are involved.0 -

My cousin (who knows a guy who lost a ton of weight) just told me that you should take the pill first thing in the morning to kick start your matabolism, but then the next day, to take it a little bit later - that keeps your body guessing. just make it a little later and later each day, but once you hit 6 o'clock, do not take it after 6 o'clock because it will signal the body to store fat, so at that point, just start over and take it first thing in the morning, which will again super-charge your matabolism.
See this is why i love the internet and forums. I don't HAVE to experiment. i can just find this stuff out from very knowledgeable fat people who know everything.0 -
