Join with me a 3week commitment challenge??

My top most goal in life right now is to be able to stick to my diet and fitness program for excatly 3 weeks because i hear that it takes only 21 days to break a habit coz I got a really bad binge eating habit that always ruins my hardwork in losing weight :(

I would really love to have friends on here that wants to do the challenge with me so we can stay motivated together! Let me know if ur keen and I can give u a weekly excerise and diet plan that I got from my personal trainer :)))

    I really need to keep on track in these last days before the holiday.
    Are we doing anything in specific for the challenge?

    I have to hop on board with this too. My weighin's haven't been the greatest (had a gain last week, and believe I wont have a loss this week). I'm great during the week, but lately on the weekend I toss it all away and feel misserable, but still do it :/

    Same here what is it about the week ends that messes how good Ive been the whole week ? Maybe because i dont have to follow a schedule any way I am In!

    That could be it!! Well and Saturdays are really busy days for me, and I usually eat at the cafe where I work... Really unhealthy food!
    And then Sundays I just.... I don't have an excuse for Sundays...
  • I feel your pain girls!!! On the start of next Monday we will keep track of everything we eat for 21 days and record the excerises
    And calories burnt aswell, but the hardest thing is trying to stick with it for three weeks so then we can break such an annoying habit because that's how long it takes to break a habit and get into a new more healthier habit. It's great to see that u guys want to work on the same thing and with that we can motivate each other!!! Yay!! Ok goodluck to us and I'll send u a friend invite and a msg when we will start this challenge !

    I'm in! I only started tracking my calorie intake a week ago and I feel like I'll be needing some extra support soon.
    It's kind of exhausting watching what you eat and writing down the calories ALL the time.

    So yes!! LET'S DO THIS :)
