First goal met, small NSV

Options
This was weird. I did a weigh in this morning and it showed I'd gained 2 lbs.

Then at work today we were straightening up the wardrobe room. I work for Ann Taylor/LOFT online and we get the clothes from the photo shoots when they're done with them. They're almost always size 2 or 4 but we found two pairs of dress pants that were size 12. I decided to try a pair on.. and they fit. That's down from a size 14.

Now my size 12 jeans at home I doubt I could fit but I'm still calling this a goal met. I'd hoped to be in a 12 by Thanksgiving, and I'm a little late but I made it. What I can't figure out is, why does the scale say I've gained weight when I can now fit in a smaller size?

    well done :)

have you taken measurements? sometimes its inches that are lost when the scale says otherwise :) I do my measurements once a month to get a good idea as to how im doing :)
