Wheat thins taste great but I just recently discovered they are horrible for you. Try Marys Gone Crackers (they are crackers made completely of seeds-no wheat). You can find them at HyVee in the health foods section or at Whole foods. They taste great with the spreadable laughing cow cheese.0

Why are Wheat Thins so horrible? I just studied the nutritional info. . . decent fiber, not too high in sodium. There are lots worse things.0

That's what I think! Most everything is "bad" for you in some way! Starting to think people make this stuff up!0 -

Greek Yogurt with Holy Crap (holycrap.ca) or skinny B (same website) mixed in it!0

Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding with a scoop of Vanilla protein powder, heated up just a little with 5 crushed Almonds. MMMMMMMMM yum.0

Three slices of turkey salami, crisped up in the microwave and drained on paper towels. Takes care of my salty crispy cravings and only 90 cals (not even counting lost fat from microwaving). That said, I don't watch sodium.0

It could be based on the "Eating Clean" which basically they are soooo processed and the carbs are not "good" carbs, pretty high if you are trying to stay in a certain range. Crackers in general are not "good" per-say, a go to crunchy snack should be like your rice cakes *which you can dress up!! or crunchy veggies.0 -

It's regular yogurt that has been drained of whey so it's thicker and has more protein per volume. They have lots of brands in the grocery stores these days. I have to watch the sugar content so I go with plain and mix a little fruit in.0 -
baked lay chips- i don't buy very often cuz they are too good and i tend to eat too many!
light string cheese- often have 2 pieces for breakfast with a banana or apple
almonds- higher calories but still a good for you snack!0
