Exercise Logging Question

When entering a exercise from the list and entering the minutes...does the calculated calories burned factor in your current weight or is it just an overall average based on an average weight? From what I understand (and I may be wrong) generally those who weigh more burn more doing the same as a lighter person...any input would be GREATLY appreciated. And many thanks!

It's an average - I don't believe it's calculated on your information specifically...which is why many folks use an HRM to have a consistent calculation.0

Heart Rate Monitor maybe? My friend has a watch like thing that tracks her heart rate and calories burned while exercising. I am trying to find a good one.0

Thanks all...I do have a HRM, but I have trust issues...if it sounds too good to be true it is mentality I guess you could say. Hehehe0
