Hi
I'm 19 and looking for my discipline it has disappeared on me.
I want to hear from people who are changing they're lifestyle to better themselves inside and out I find it so inspiring
I have so much admiration for people truly committed to what they want and I'm hoping that will rub off on me
My fitness pal seemed like the perfect place to come.
We can be there for each other on our bad days, friendly reminders we can do this.
"Rome wasn't built in a day" abit corny of me but so true

Top quote, my top quote for tough times is 'when going through hell, keep going'. I'm upto day 100 now and truth be told it's been awesome to track the foods and the odd comment from people here and there really helps to keep you on the right path. When at a stage to post before and after/during pictures that's a huge boost getting compliments and helps you strive to new heights

Keep on trucking, oh and welcome0 -

Another one could be 'nothing worth having comes easy'. The bit I enjoy the most is the little achievements, for example: at my heaviest I could still go out and run about 7mile but not at the greatest pace, be shattered and gasping for breath, last week went for a 3miler but ended up doing 10miles and I thought to myself 'I'm actually enjoying this'. I was going at a good pace, no puffing and all was good.
smiing is good, firms up the jaw muscles

Thatsso good, good on you! Do you have any tips for running? I've avoided it for most of my life but find when I do go for a run I actually enjoy it but I'm still buliding myself up and finding it hard to keep my breathing under control which I've been struggle I can go for about 12 minutes without stopping but always want to improve0

Comfortable shoes, I tend to end up running with blisters but I've learnt to deal with it. Pick a nice day, whilst starting out you don't want to fighting against wind and rain although I find running in the rain very refreshing.
Get the tunes on, shades if weather calls for it and away you go. If you only last 15mins then take it and keep moving on, push yourself but don't go too far to the point of exhaustion.0
