Hello! I know I'm a few days late, but I'd really like to join this. My legs are strong-ish anyway, so hopefully I'll be alright starting at this level and then I'll make up the equivalent of what I've missed throughout the day (10 squats every time I go to the loo at work?!). The sexy sixty sounds good too, though potentially painful! I might give that a go...
Do we just post on here every day then when we've done it?

I am all caught up! My hubby and I just did, with mini breaks in between, all the squats for the first 5 days. Definitely feeling the BURN!0

Hey that's still great!!! If you feel like you can up in weight, find something around the house! Bags of flour, potatoes, jug of milk, jug of laundry soap. etc! No need to spend on more weights if you can increase just around the house
I found a 14lbs baby around the house. It works really well as weight and apparently he loves the squats. 2 birds with 1 stone.0 -
