Breakfast with out Bread???

Anyone know a good breakfast that doesnt include bread?

My plan only allows for 40 carbs a day and eating bread(even wheat) takes a huge chunk out of that

Eggs with cheese and sausage....bacon and cheese with eggs, add some veggies...you're going to have to eat some carbs - you need vegetables. 40g is really really low...if someone put you on that plan, they should have given you menu advice, as well. Otherwise, eat the carbs. I have mine set to about 100g a day. Low-ish, but still leaves room for some breads, some fruit, some starchy vegetables. I just have to be careful. But mine is a preference, not a health reason.

Eggs, eggs and bacon, eggs and ham, steak and eggs, shakes/smoothies.

Is it ALL carbs, or just starcy/non-fibrous carbs? Some people make a distinction.
