Over on the protein

Everyday I am over on my allocated protein (48). Not doubled but half again often. I am normally under on everything else. Is this going to be a problem?

    Nope. MFP Is actually low. Many of us use around 35% carbs, 40% protein and 25% fats. It's better for muscle retention. And eating less carbs will store less water.

    ^^ This^^ I am always over on protein and expect to be everyday unfortunately MFP doesn't allow you to adjust the protein grams just the percentages
  • If anything, it's a good thing! MFP's protein setting is set too low in most cases. You might want to alter your macro settings.
