Is anyone else out there using fitbit? I'm looking for friends on fitbit and currently no one I know is using a fitbit. I would love to become friends with others who are using one of these and would like some more encouragement!

i started using the fitbit a month ago and increased my steps from a sad 3000 - to over 20000 on 2 days! it's amazing how motivating that little thing is. And it is so cool that it automatically adds activity calories to MFP.
I hit a plateuau from just dieting and walking so I had to increase the intensity of my walks

Not at all... I have mine to measure my very low activity levels, as part of my pacing techniques for CFS/ME...
I am trying to limit my steps per day to under 2200!! And yes! This shocks me too! I used to be very active and busy all the time. Now I have to be very careful not to overdo it.
I haven't used the Fitbit site for any of the forums and stuff, preferring just to chat here: I'm not exactly a conventional Fitbit user! 0 -
