    Wow, that's so amazing!!!! I do not hv the time to exercise juggling with 3 kids and work. Any tips on a quick but effective workout that I can do?? Thanks.

    @eyeza3els i didn't really exercise, i work 5 days a week as a waitress so i ran around a lot doing that. I just ate right and the pounds came off. Good luck!

    This is incredible. I started off similar shape to you and so far has lost 14lbs but got 21 to go still. Your photos make me feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel and my goal is realistic. Thank you. Exactly how many months did this take you? x
