Hello, everyone!

I write, collect, and develop recipes and books. Would there be any interest in a specific ebook of recipes? I always release them free of charge.

I was thinking of doing one for eating healthy for college students, but please let me know if you have any other ideas or would be interested!

Current ideas through PM include:

Healthy Microwave Cooking
Healthy Crockpot Cooking
Make Ahead and Freeze

What a great idea! I'd love a Quick Family Dinners recipe ebook!

OR: A vegetarian cookbook that does NOT include 1,001 disgusting ways to make vegetables. :)

I'd love the college student thing even though I am nothing like a college student... but for "healthy eating on a super tight budget"!

LOL. Yeah, something along those lines. I am a single mom of two very active young boys. Needless to say, I'm on a tight budget as well. Would love some healthy, quick, budget friendly meals I could prepare that my kids AND ME could eat... Seems when I'm watching what I'm eating, they don't like my dinners :0(

Would you happen to have any eating paleo on a budget books?
  • omg please do a college student recipe ebook, it's been so hard to eat right ever since I left home specially since I don't know how to cook. I spend a lot of money eating out and the worse part of it all is that it's not healthy at all.

Anything really, as long as it has an approximate of how many cals/kj per serve would be awesome.

agreed - would love any recipe ebooks - especially those that are "real life" recipes and not something only Martha Stewart can make! :flowerforyou:

I would love recipes for Family's, I feel like I struggle to make healthy stuff the kids will want to eat also.
