Pic Heavy! 207 to 144 in one year.

Hey, everyone! My name is Marie and today marks one year since I began my weight loss journey! I started at 207.2 and weighed in this morning at 144 for a grand total of -63 pounds! I've gone from a size 16 to an 8! As a former junk-food addict, it hasn't been easy to change it around. However, I am never going back!
For anyone who wants to know, I am 27 and 5'0. This shorty still has at least another 20 pounds to go before she's done!
Me at 207 lbs last December:
Me at 174. Down 33 lbs!
Me at 144 today! Down 63 lbs! (Not the best shirt for this, sorry, it's sort of flowy, but the front one looks good!)

I eat 1200 calories a day, meet with a trainer once a week, and work out at the gym on weekends. I lift weights, do cardio, core-strengthening, etc... circuit training.0 -
