I walked 2 Miles and Danced around the House for about 30 minutes yesterday.....after I ate my Lunch......I felt woozy and hot when I got out of the shower....I never felt that way before I don't know if I worked out to much or was it because I worked out after I ate my Lunch?
Any suggestions on what it could have been?

I doubt it was too much... my guess would be too much food in your stomach, or you were too hot and then got into a hot shower.
To your subject... a good time to work out is whenever you feel the best and have the time.0 -
People often feel light headed after taking hot baths/showers. This is due to the blood vessels opening (heat does this) which in turn lowers the blood pressure, this is why the dizziness. Try to have the water a little cooler next time.0

Everybody is different. Some people love 5am workouts but there's no way I'd be able to give it my full effort that early. Optimal time for me is after school and around 14-18 hours fasted. My mother lves running around 7-8pm. Whenever you feel like you could give it your full effort is the best time for you.0

For me the time to work out is before work. I leave for work at 4am and don't get home til about 6pm (long commute). So I usually wake up at 230am and get my workout taken care of so it doesnt slip through the cracks.0
