Which of the these two books would you recommend:
The Women's Health Big Book of Exercises: Four Weeks to a Leaner, Sexier, Healthier YOU!
OR
The New Rules of Lifting for Women: Lift Like a Man, Look Like a Goddess
I've lost 62 pounds, I'm almost at goal weight. But I really want to focus on toning and gain muscle. Both books have great reviews on Amazon. When making your recommendation please tell me what equipment you need to have AT HOME.
Thanks!

Why don't you try both of them from the library and decide which one you need in your home library. I have out on loan now from the library NROWL4W. I think it may be a book I actually buy some day but I'm not quite ready for the program just yet. I haven't read the other book.0

This is the only one I've actually heard of honestly.
