I am so disgusted with myself.. I have been on this journey for 2 years now and have been struggling the last few months up and down the same 3 pounds... Been under a lot of stress lately and today just totally binged.. I ate so unhealthy and also went to a friends tonight and brought donuts.. I ate not one but two.. WAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..
I need to kick this demon in the butt one and for all and do this.. I am the lowest I have been in over 20 years and I can't blow it now.. I have come to damn far....

You're looking fantastic and one day with 2 donuts isn't going to undo your great loss. I like the previous post. Kick yourself in the butt and move on. Tomorrows a new day. I'm right there with you. Finally getting healthy. I too, have those days and even couple of day where I just can't get my act together, but I eventually do. You will too.0

Two donuts won't undo 128 pounds of loss. Have you gone two years without a donut? Skinny people eat donuts from time to time. I would say at least once a year. Just don't make it every weekend or every visit. I have a friend who schedules an annual donut on her birthday. I love stuffing, so I only eat it on Thanksgiving, because it's just one of those things I can't easily control.
You're obviously very good at this weight loss thing. You know what works and how to stay on path. Tomorrow is a new day, and you're going to do great. That's what you do.0 -
So, you're saying that you're the lowest weight you been for 20 years and spent the last two years successfully getting your weight down.... sounds like something to be proud of!
The last few pounds are probably not that important and will come (and go) with time I'm sure.
Don't beat up on yourself - be happy!
Oh, and 2 donuts won't kill you. Probably no more than 700kcals and 1lb of fat needs around 3500.

3 pounds? just a kilo? I think on my palce you'd shot yourself! I gained 10 in 3 months0

This^^. I'd be more upset that you have not learned to better integrate your thinking about food. Not only will two donuts not kill you, but the social and mental release of letting go a little actually helps people achieve their goals. What did you eat that was "so unhealthy?" Unless you ate 2 liters of ice cream and 15 hotdogs (neither of which is unhealthy, just the quantities) you didn't "binge".
Think about your relation to food. If stress is making you eat, address that - it's more important than the scale.0 -
2 donuts isnt a binge. Last night I went to visit my mom and she had christmas mince pies! I knew I'd want one (or more) so I ran the 2.5 miles there to see her to offset it.
Offset your bad day with a good one and you're back in the game. If you carry on and have more bad days you'll be more exercise and good days in debt. Thats the way i like to think of it0 -
I understand you are upset with yourself but you have came a long way! Look at the positives, you've lost 128lbs and kept if off for 2 whole years. That is amazing, you should be proud of that. And 2 donuts may seem like a faliure to you but like the earlier post said kick yourseft... and then start fresh tomorrow0

I can understand its fustrating i have only just started losing weight and i am up and down 4 pounds all the time.... all i can say is dont binge if u want a chocolate bar buy a 100 calorie one rather then the 300 calorie ones. Dairy milk 100 calorie chocolate bars are my life line for when i feel like im going to break i have one and dont feel guilty. U lost so much weight u deserve to treat urself now and again. U can't feel bad about gaining 3 pounds and losing 3 pounds. if u dont treat urself u might end up gaining more then the 3..... its okay to give in if ur going to try and work it all off0

you have done great. how much more do you want to lose? I hear the last few pounds are always the hardest. Maybe you need to change things up a bit. try something different? whatever you do dont sabotage yourself. Dont be your worse enemy! Life is full of struggles you have shown awesome will power with your weight loss. Hold your head high and get Back to it! YOU CAN, YOU WILL!0
