White Elephant ideas -HELP

Ok...so every year at my mom's house we play the White Elephant game at Christmas! I HATE it but I don't want to be the ***** who doesn't participate. So here is my problem I need ideas...I already googled it and they are all stupid.

Like I'm going to give someone a box of toilet paper or a jar of nails. My family is really creative (me not so much) I mean really I have a toilet seat in my 2nd bathroom from last year that is modge podged with "the people of walmart" hilarious!

Anyway I need help, the gift is not supposed to cost anything or very very little!
