You don't like promiscuous women? Doesn't that just mean there are more for the rest of us?

What is this world coming to?

A Budweiser delivery man was robbed and shot this morning at the Kroger near where I live. The victim was taken by helicopter to Vanderbilt, and the robber is till at large. The schools in that area are on lock down for precautionary measure.

Don't ya know I personally don't think the guy is still in the area, but I'm still gonna call my son and tell him to stay inside with the door locked.

Perfect use for the smiley. Can I share my most recent note myself, don't schedule down day from exercise and then eat a D'Angelo sandwich?

I do. Can I say you have changed my mind? Should I be the poster child for "will exercise for food"?
