I have been at this since April, after having my second daughter. I was sooo strict with myself for months and months and as a result, I have just about completed the 30DS (have ONE day left, but it's sooo cold out, lol) and am down 45 pounds- aside from te 21lbs that came off naturally after baby came. I have 12 pounds to go to get to goal. Anyway- for the last month or so, I can't seem to get back into the groove of things. I am good all day- I measure and weigh and eat good foods. Then I make something really awesome for dinner and I will measure out the right portion, but then go back for seconds or even thirds. Weekends aren't exactly a free for all, but they're not good, either. I am not tracking religiously. I'm getting lazy! I know it's just going to get worse with the rest of the holidays quickly approaching, but I need someone to give me some support to push me back into things. I would like to give myself 4 cheat days in the next month- Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, YE and NYD. I'm thinking maybe I need to take a hiatus from dinners for a week or two and replace it with a protein shake. Any other ideas? I need help!

I use the Body By Vi system where I supplement my breakfast for a shake, and sometimes my lunch. They aren't protein shakes they have a ton of nutrition, and not only am I full but I feel energized. They have helped a lot with this Holiday season, and I'm still able to eat other things I want. Deff worth a try.0

Thanks. I was drinking protein shakes for breakfast for awhile, but got bored with it. It's not that i'm hungry- it's more an, "I can't control myself with awesome food" thing.0
