    HI, I'm on my second day here. (sigh again). First day went well. Now I'm trying to talk myself into getting on the treadmill. I did 40 min. yesterday. I broke it up in to two sessions. I don't have a scale but I figure I need to loose around 50-60 lbs. I have been laid off for the last 7 months and it really shows! I have to take control back. I would appreciate any tips or tricks to keep motivated, Also would be interested in learning how you keep your food low cal. and interesting.
