How much time before working out after snacking?

Hey guys, anyone want to recommend an amount of time to wait after eating something not to heavy like half a pb banana sandwich before attempting a insanity workout? please and thank you! MUCH appreciated. xoxo

It's individual preference. I can eat a 600 calorie meal and head straight to the gym with no issues, other people need a while.0

I've never heard of there being a specific recommended time. If you feel you can workout right after, go for it. Some people feel bloated and sluggish after eating so they prefer to wait. It's up to you.0

Oddly enough, "listen to your body" would be the right answer in this case.0
