How many calories can I burn in this workout?

I found this video on YouTube. It's called Ballerina Boot Camp; it's a mix of ballet exercises and bootcamp exercises. It's about 40 minutes. I weigh 129 lbs and am 5'1". I'll post a link to the video and the list of exercises that were in the description.

Depends on your current level of fitness. I used charts from the internet previously to keep up with my calories burned based on time and activity.After I started using a HR monitor, I found that it was close on certain activities and way off on others when using charts. I recommend a HR monitor...it won't steer you wrong. You can push yourself harder and adjust you weight after you've lost it. It's a MUST have.0

I bet that's pretty close, but everyone burns differently. You might want to get a heart rate monitor to know for sure.0 -
