So, about a month and a half ago, I splurged on shoes (this isn't uncommon). I bought these above the knee high, brown leather boots & they are MOUTH WATERING to look at! they are gorgeous!

I wore them the first time about 3-4 weeks ago (to work) and nearly died. Somehow, even though I had tried them on at the store, they were too tight. I couldn't walk after only 2 hours of wearing them and had cuts in my feet. They squished my feet so badly and caused so much pain, I wanted to vomit.

I went home at lunch and thought for sure they would be bleeding. My dad was like, "that's some serious vanity" until I corrected him and said "No, that's some serious, I lost my receipt and don't want to be out 120$"

so, I vowed and declared that I would........lose weight in my feet.

Today, I am wearing those shoes, comfortably.

Hell to the yeah.

and here people thought I was joking when I said i'd lose some foot fat to make them fit. Jokes on you! I friggin love these boots :)

Also, GREAT TO KNOW i'm losing from somewhere (my feet) since nothing else has changed :)

NSV!

    Good job!
Glad I'm not the only one... I have several pairs of shoes that now flop around as I walk. :P
Way to go making it work!

The feet thing amazed me, too. I have wide feet to begin with and it never occured to me my feet would get smaller. My feet were so wide that sometimes I had to go up a half size in heels (flats and sneakers were my normal size).

I wore a pair of red heels this weekend that I havent worn in a year and I was falling out of them. I couldnt believe my feet got smaller from losing weight.

Congrats on making your $120 worth it :)

Woot! In my case I went from a size 10W (buying 11's but too loose just to fit) to now fitting in a 9.5 and 10 most of the time just from 15lbs. :)

Yep some of my shoes that "stretch" a little bit, like my Tom's, now have a lot of extra room in them! I never had a pair of knee-high boots before I lost weight to compare to... because I never could get them on around my calves. Now I can wear them and am the proud owner of a lovely pair of knee-high boots!
