I can officially deadlift my own weight for 3 sets of 5 reps.130 pounds tonight! Might not seem much to other people but it's not too bad for a former cardio bunny!

    I love hearing about non-scale victories and this is a good one. It may be a dumb question, but are you doing pull ups?

    I try to but i am not quite there yet haha! i do reverse pull ups. I lift myself up climbing on a chair(i work out in my basement so i have to improvise a lot lol) and then slowly let myself down. One day soon i'll do real pull ups.:glasses:
