Hi!
I realized I never introduced myself and I've been on the forum for a while now. Just wanted to let you all know I'm excited to have found this website and I hope to make some great friends here. It's been great for me thus far! I love it! Anyone else from Southeast Missouri? Good luck everyone and take care.

    Hi Missouri girls!
    I haven't done much, in fact I'm still drinking coffee!! I haven't had my first meal yet either, but am thinking of what to make. Exercise today will be weight training, I love that so much more than cardio. I picked up Tosca Reno's workout book from the library yesterday. It has a cd in it which I want to do today. I wish this transformation wasn't so slow going. I'm an impatient person to begin with when it comes to getting in shape. I took some "before" pics last night, or rather my hubby did. OMG! I am SO not the shape I want to be. It's worse than looking in the mirror. I hope weeks down the road I have some good progress pics to keep me motivated.
    Off to clean eating day number 6. Have a great day gals, I will check in later.

    Seoid I had no idea you were a Rolla girl!! Talona, my baby girl was born at Fort Lost in the Woods and I remember traveling to Rolla often to use a Bank of America ATM! :laugh: Dot, I remember traveling to Springfield regularly to have my Jetta worked on as well as visit the "local" Toys R Us.

    I'm originally from the "other" side of the state... around the Potosi area... yeehaw... :wink:

    I lived in Columbia for about 15 years (college and after) and then relocated to Philly a few years back. Only been back to MO for a couple of funerals. :laugh:
