I would really love to have a flat stomach, and that's what my goal is right now.
but what should I do to get rid of it?
My weight stays the same pretty much all year long, 108 lbs give or take.
So I have a high metabolism for sure.

Well I wish my "pooch" looked like "your pooch"!
But in all seriousness - strength train!!!! Start doing a program like New Rules of Lifting for Women, Stronglifts 5x5 (google it, its free) or Starting Strength.
You will be amazed (pleasantly!) at how your body will transform.

Eat at a small calorie deficit (200 - 300) and strength train, preferable doing compound lifts like squats.0

Lift heavy. If I understand correctly, you're not worried about losing weight necessarily (which I personally don't think you need to at all, so please don't think that I'm suggesting that you need to lose any weight). I think you are in a fantastic position to benefit from strength training. Do some reading in the forums about lifting heavy, and read about NROLFW (New Rules of Lifting For Women). I seriously think you will LOVE what it will do for your body. I went from a size 9/10 to a size 5/6 jeans even when I didn't lose a pound. I had gotten to my goal weight and was so disappointed because I just looked "blah". I'm loving what the strength training is doing for me. To me, you hardly have a pooch at all, but that's coming from a mom of 3, and my 2nd child was via c-section What tiny "pooch" you think you have will disappear with weights. Just a suggestion, though: if you do decide to lift heavy, be sure to get enough protein, which is MORE than what MFP suggests. Maybe not everyone is like this, but if I'm lifting without enough protein in my diet, I get zero results. I just spin my wheels and get nowhere. Any questions, PM me! I am excited for you!0

Thank you! I understand I maybe overreacting, but I definitely want that flat stomach, possibly abs.
I want to model, and this is the only thing stopping me from doing it.
I just don't feel as confident.0 -

You shouldn't be ashamed of your body at all! I know many people who would KILL for a body like yours. Confidence is a matter of belief. You are beautiful no matter what anyone tells you.
Also, the modeling industry is extremely cut-throat. I have seen skin and bones models told they need to lose more weight here and there. It's all to keep up an unrealistic expectation of what "sexy" or "attractive" is in our society.
The only real way to lose weight and keep it off is a healthy diet and exercise. Burn more calories than you intake and you lose weight, I struggled a long time to find the magic pill or diet to help me lose weight. I had mild success and was never able to keep it off.
Only after I made a lifestyle change and found healthy foods I liked and found activities that I enjoyed (spin and zumba) was I able to have the best success and keep the weight off (so far so good).
Keep your chin up and good luck!

Seeing you abbz is down to low body fat nothing more, get rid of the fat and your abbz will show through no matter how large or small the muscle mass is.
And its not possible to spot reduce fat comes off where it wants...
Its down to diet.0 -
Judging by her photo the OP doesn't have a lot of body fat. It sounds like she's either had a c-section, or she has a naturally (genetically) round belly. Even after two c-sections, I was able to change the shape of my naturally round belly with regular core work. There are a bunch of great ab workouts available on DVD, or if you have access to a gym with a captain's chair, that's a great piece of equipment that works the abs. I would recommend dedicating 10 to 20 minutes two to three times a week on core work. There are a lot of fun, non-crunch ways to work your core including pilates, kickboxing and yoga.0

While I agree with heavy lifting and a tiny (if any) deficit... my first reaction is "what pooch?"
And my second is that better posture would make a world of difference. You're slumped over in the side view photo... that's not going to do good things to anyone's belly.0 -
You will be blown away with what you'll end up seeing if you add in some strength training (don't be afraid to go heavy either) and just focus on eating cleanly - I'd say you're at a great starting point for that and your confidence will soar!0

I have not had a C-Section.
I'm guessing I have a genetically round belly because for as long as I remember I have kind of had this roundness to my belly.0
