Just wondering about the 8 glasses of water, is this 8 x 250ml glasses being 2 litres. I haven't really been counting but call it 8 a day.I do drink a lot of water, this could possibly getting in the way of weight loss. Just wondering if someone can clarify how many litres a day.
Thanks

I drink 2-3 liters a day and just count it as 8 or 9 depending on my mood that day. But i dont drink anything other than water all day long.0

8 cups = 2 liters. I think that's what you were asking.0

Drinking that much water is actually good for weight loss; and the 2 liters is the minimum amount your body needs every day to functional properly (technically it's half your body weight in ounces, so it could be more than 2 liters). Also, if you exercise more or eat too much sodium then you need to drink more water. Here's an article to answer your questions: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/water/NU00283. It also helps you feel full :happy:0
