    i have about 40 left that i need to lose, however, i started at about 80 pounds over weight! good luck, as long as you stay on track and keep looging, you should do good!

    Looking to lose around 80 or so - Weigh 198 now and want to be down to about 115.

    Are you really short? A healthy weight for me is like 120-125.... I am 5' 3"
