    I log it under "wrestling." It definitely isn't included in my daily activities since my fiance and I live over 2 hrs apart. When we're together we get quite the workout. I'm counting it. Its harder for me to workout when I'm here away from my gym and all.

    It's pretty accurate.

    It says 148 cals for 30 min.

    I wore my HRM during one time and it was about 175 cals for 30 min.
    I didn't log it though...

    I don't know about the "sex - foreplay" and "sex - intercourse". I mean, it's always different; you can do it like HIIT or you can do it like cardio or you can do it like yoga. All very different . . . and that's not to mention 'giving' teh sexes versus 'receiving' teh sexes.

    My GF gets too sore to do it every day. :/ It's sad because normally we'd both be the "five times a day" kinda people.
