Hey everyone
I've been using the mobile app for a few weeks and finally made it on to the main website,
I'm looking for friends to help keep me motivated,give advice and kick my *kitten* if i start to slip up and
if you live in glasgow u can actually kick my *kitten* lol
Been fat most of my life and im finally motivated beyond belief to change my life for the better.

You can do it Chris... Track everything be honest about serving sizes... overestimate if need be... understimate exercise if you need to. Change a thing or two at a time and you will succeed. I've dropped 107 in 5 months and you can too.0

Thats incredible well done..... my main concern is ive gone from eating too much (mostly rubbish) to not eating enough.did u have that problem when u first started?0
