Hi ,

My name is Jacqui and I am new to this site. I have used calorieking for quite a while but got an iphone this week, so am looking forward to having access all the time wherever i am.

I'm 26 married and have a 7yr old step son.

I am a big yo yo er, this is the 3rd time I've been around 80 odd kilos and I'm slowly trying to get to 65 kg... last time i lost weight and stuck to it, i got to 69.5 kg just before my wedding, but after being diagnosed with depression, being on meds and eating my weight in chocolate, I reached 84.5 kg December 2008.

I'm currently 77kg, and am a slow loser, I have my good week and bad, but can't really stick to anything long term. I'm hoping the Iphone App with help with this!

Is aynone from Australia ? My daily summary seems to display the previous day, is there any way of changing it to suit your current time zone ?

    Welcome to MFP!!! You will find there is no better website around.

    Go to the My Home tab, and go to settings. From there you can set the time to Australia time.
