Basa fish

That salmon thread inspired me to ask you guys.,,. What do you do with basa? I buy those big bags of frozen basa because its cheap. I'm getting bored of doing it the same all the time. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Puttanesca! Over medium heat, heat a tablespoon of olive oil, 40 grape tomatoes (10 per serving), some minced or sliced garlic (3-4 cloves), 2 tablespoons capers, and no more than 12 total black or kalamata olives (to keep the calories down and still get the flavor), and cook it down until the tomatoes burst. Put four servings fish on top of the sauce, cover and cook on the stovetop until the fish is cooked through. Yummy, quick, and yummy.0

Normally just quickly sauteed, then over to the bin and throw it out......j/k0
