5 Sets of 60-Second PLANKS
The Plank is great for building strong abdominal muscles! If this is your first time, start off by holding your plank for 10 seconds. If you can continue holding your plank with good form, stay up the whole minute or as long as you can.

I have to say, for the record, this challenge kicked my butt! Ok, on top of yesterday's 10 planks in my usual workout routine, today I did another 5 planks, each for 60 seconds: one push-up hold, left/right sides, arms elevated on exercise ball, and arms elevated on couch with feet elevated on exercise ball. I am amazed myself today, thanks to this challenge!0
