Hello All,

I am a 30 yrs old mom. I don't believe in crash dieting... My goal is to lose 1 pound a week. I am trying to bring in a new lifestyle of eating a healthy, well-balanced diet. Please feel free to add me as your buddy if you think my goal sinks with yours.
