Strength Training

I'm at a point where working out comes natural to me. I love yoga, running and weight training classes at the gym. I want to start focusing more on strength training on my own because I believe this will help me to my next goal, but I find it so difficult to develope and start a routine. Any suggestions?

    Stronglifts 5x5. Google the website. The program is free but the pdf is long winded. Look at the Strong Lifts 5x5 Women's forum here on mfp. There is a sticky that breaks it down.
