Time to exercise?

I tend to struggle having the time to fit exercise into my day and I'd be interested to hear how others manage. I'm under no illusion that I'm the only busy person out there but I just can't find the time! Admittedly I do get the bus to uni because the route is too dangerous to cycle but I do cycle to work which is just a 4 mile round trip twice a week.
Just an example of a general weekday for me:
I'm up around 6am, wash, dress and breakfast and out of the door just before 7am.
I'm at uni from 7.30am and don't get home unitl 7.30pm (Annoying bus times means that I spend A LOT of time in the library!)
When I'm home it's dinner, bath and getting ready for the next day by which time it's 9pm and I start getting ready for bed
Does anyone have any tips or do I need to try and stay awake longer in the evening? 12 hours a day of lectures and studying leaves me needing my sleep!

This was totally me last year. Luckily I often had lecture gaps 2-3 hours long, so I just went to the gym in that time. Do you have a gym or running track or anything that you can get to between lectures? Another thing I did was get off the bus a couple of miles early and run, but that depends on the roads for you. It's a toughy because you do need your sleep, doing 5am workouts is all well and good unless it leaves you sleep deprived and eating like a monster/run down etc. I'd be getting home at gone 11pm some nights just because I stayed for sports that finish at 9 (bluergh buses) then back on the bus at half 7. It is easier when it's lighter because I could cycle, but this time of year is poop.
There's also doing 1min morkouts when you can fit them in, but unless there is somewhere you can do them privately you look mental. I think if you do burpees waiting for a bus you might get arrested :S0 -
does Uni have a gym? take a break from the library and hit the gym for 20-30 minutes
10 minutes of exercise is very beneficial in the morning...........you don't need an hour and a shower every time you work out
you have time...you just need to make exercise a priority

Instead of spending time in the library waiting for the bus, go for a walk. If you have 15 free minutes here and there, take it and get a short walk in. If there are places where you can walk stairs, do a few sets of those. Walking isn't a high intensity exercise, but it can still be exercise. Is there a gym at your uni where you can work out?0
