After a strong start and losing a stone (14 pounds to you Americans)...followed by a wobbly month where my motivation wavered and I put on and lost the same 2 pounds...I'm back baby! No matter what hiatuses I have along the way, I'm committed to getting to that end goal.
So come on, who in their gut has decided they're losing this weight once and for all for good?!

Me! I am Just put up a status pretty much telling myself off. My problem boils down to the fact that I want an easy ride. But I'm committed, I truly am. I'm more honest than I have ever been with myself and others (and a great part of that is down to the fact that I have REALLY hit lucky with my MFP friends (cannot tell you how awesome they are!).
So yeah - I'm committed, and I know myself more and more, and I will get there. I'm more prepared than ever for the hard times, and I'm getting stronger and stronger.
Lots and lots of luck to you, and feel free to add me if you like0
