Hello everyone I am a new user and i am in need of some motivation support. I need to lose 50lbs i want to lose them before my 50th bday in feb i understand that is impossible so i have decided not to put a time limit on my weight loss goals. I have heard that weight watchers is the best diet plan however i can not afford to join if anybody else is on that program please let me know and share tips thank you all i am looking forward to feeling healthy again and have more energy.

    Hi, I've been on this site since oct 31st and I've lost 12 lbs! I too will be 50 in Jan. if you track what you eat and add exercise, then you can do it> And this is free! Feel free to add me as a friend. janice775
