Calorie intake?? HELP!!!!!

I've been working out for about a year and went from a size 18/20 to a size 10. Now I feel like I'm stuck. I'm currently 200lbs, VERY active. I do the Group Power classes(weight lifting) 3x a week, and cardio 5-6x a week. How many calories should I be eating at 200lbs and 5'8?at

  • You need to eat 1691 calories a day to keep your body functioning. Eat that much, daily, and you'll be fine. Eat a banana and drink some chocolate milk/a protein shake after your workouts to replenish your body, and take a vitamin supplement(Centrum Women Under 50 works wonderfully) to keep you in peak condition.
