    Good topic, absolutely.

    I am Joe Padula, a Sgt. in the United States Army with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and am proud to serve and now proud to be a part of this fitness community, absolutely.

    I am from New York and am currently stationed at Fort Cambpell, Kentucky, so it is a fish out of water story, fuhgetaboutit y'all.

    Due to my recent dedication to intake discipline and calorie tracking, I utilize this application and webpage and has been very effective.

    If you need my help with motivation and/or assistance, I am here as I am sure you people will be there for me, bada bing.
