I have a heart rate monitor that allows you to see how many calories you burned also, but is it better to take a reading of calories burnt before or after cool down?

I count everything within "the zone".
I aim for 60-90% of max and all calories burnt while in zone count.
So I don't press stop till I am cooled down to the point it starts beeping to let me know I am out of the zone (below 60% max).
But it's really up to you, count them or don't count them, it won't make that much of a difference actually...
