Eat to Live

Hi everyone! I just finished reading Eat to Live by Joel Furhman. It helped me understand a lot of things I was confused about, like why I'm losing so slowly and have the crazy food cravings I have on a daily basis. I only finished it about a week ago, but I've already lost 3 lbs. and feel so good.

Has anyone else read it? What are your thoughts, tips for eating such a largely plant-based diet (I'm already vegan, but ate lots of vegan "junk food")?
