Hi, my name is Kelly and I want to lose weight so I can feel like me again. To be able to be confident at what I do and most of all to be able to wear regular size clothing again...lol! I would like to be able to share ideas and support. :smooched:

    Welcome!

    If you are really coming up 1000 calories in deficit, you must be nearing starvation mode...you have to eat a significant portion of those exercise calories back or your metabolism will shut down to a crawl and store everything it can and your weight loss will stall with it...sounds counter-intuitive, but you really do have to eat to continue to lose...
