200 ARM CIRCLES!

Done! I did 60 going one way, then stopped for a minute to help my brother with something, then did the other 40 and immediately went into the other 100 going the opposite way0

Done!! Added another Monday Challenge of 50 pushups (10 done), and a MFP friend challenge of 250 squats (100 done)!
Who needs the gym when I have MFP challenges!! hahaha Get enough mini challenges and you have a full fledged workout! :happy:0 -
