I ran a 5K in 28:57!!!! :noway:

I've been averaging 35-37 minutes... so this makes me feel great!!! :bigsmile:

Now if I could only lose those last 18 lbs!!!!! :grumble:

    Way to go!!! I ran cross-country and track in high school - even made provincials (or State, as you might call it, if you live in the USA)... but then I busted my foot and haven't been able to run since. It always cheers me up to hear of people hitting the trails and doing well with it!! Congratulations!!
