Hi All, I've only spent a little time on the forum and is so fair liking what I see! All the support and posts are truly motivating me to push harder towards my goals. I have a planned vacation next year (feb) and I wanna look smokin! (I hope)

A little about me...

I am in my late 20's and short..5'2" from London, Canada and my SW was 174lbs. My current weight is 164lbs my ideal weight is somewhere around 125-130. I currently am doing 30mins of cardio minimum 3-4 times a week. As well as Chalean Extreme. I will post pix later.

    Footiechick you look great in that avatar photo! If I lived in Toronto again I would be way more over weight than I am now!!! I do miss Toronto for all the foods.
