Rock Hard *kitten*.....

HELP me please......
In my formative years (up to about 20) I was a sprinter and a rugby forward.
I trained a lot, and competed weekly. The upshot of this is, that as weight falls off me everywhere else, I still have this barrage balloon following me around everywhere. Problem is, there's no fat on it, at all.....
How the hell am I going to get rid of it?

We all have our body parts that we don't like. Maybe try distance running or pilates or yoga...anything that will lengthen the muscles.0
