ALOT of people on here tell the people who are having trouble losing weight to start weight training. Now I know the reason why!!
I did my first set of push ups (wimpy cheaters on back of couch). My arms are so weak and sore I can hardly bare to lift the fork to my mouth. I push the plate away because it is just not worth the pain. Start weight training folks,, it works......

Nice.... but you are right! I started push ups last week and I hurt... But I noticed when I

LOL, that is about how I was when I first started doing push-ups and squats. I could barely do 10 and thought I would die. Now I am up to 65 push-ups, and by the end of it I still don't exactly want to raise my arms for a while.0

I love lifting (heavy especially) but yesterday I tried something different. I did glute exercises for 30 minutes using body weight only. Heck, I am so sore today, I am walking round like I've been horseriding non stop for a week.0

Abs days are bad too..... your stomach will hurt so bad you will not want to eat then either!
very funny!0 -
I do a lot of core work - like plank and then alternate with crunches at my three gym days. I also am doing chin ups, parallel grip pull ups and wide grim pull ups. After doing them I like to swagger - sometimes because I am proud but sometimes because I feel faint...0

Yeah. what about that? What about when you get used to it and the pain goes away and it doesn't hurt the next day anymore? What about that?0
